You don’t know who she is.

You don’t know if she owns the house.

You don’t know if she’s been here 5 years or 5 weeks.

You don’t know her immigration status, her employment history, or whether she has ever claimed a single benefit in her life.

You saw a woman in a headscarf walking a child and decided that was sufficient evidence to brand her a benefit scrounger living in a free £400k house.

This is just racial pattern-matching with zero facts attached.

If your entire case against a stranger rests on “I don’t like how she looks, therefore she must be on benefits, you don’t have an argument. You have a prejudice looking for a photo. I hope you get sued one day!

Rival fans were CELEBRATING this goal too at the time btw, trust me I remember.
So keep that saaaame energy lads

Micah Richards was taking absolute pelters on social media throughout the England coverage last night.

Just search his name on here. People were saying he was on drugs, asking why he seemed so angry, why he was so twitchy, why he was speaking the way he was and calling him all sorts.

It’s a perfect example of why we should never assume we know what’s going on in someone’s life before judging or mocking them.

Hours before the game, Micah’s father passed away. Yet he still turned up and did his job. That takes incredible strength.

Just remember, think before you speak. You never know what someone is carrying behind the scenes.

[Carlos Góes @goescarlos]

Indefensável isso aqui. 18 toques na bola. 6 ações defensivas. ~20 segundos. Mais de 100 metros do gol adversário. Claramente não era a mesma ação imediata de ataque. Golaço cancelado e um crime contra o futebol.

[Chris Galea @Chris_Galea]

@TomzEvz5 @sdmnfcupdates He does? From memory they take turns planning videos etc. Theres also sidemen reacts/gaming. Goes back to the earlier point, I'm sure a lot more work goes on behind the scenes than we know. Thats fair, I am not disagreeing with your points about his ego or how he left

[Chris Galea @Chris_Galea]

@TomzEvz5 @sdmnfcupdates I dont think he has a "normal" job though. No normal job has as many commitments as he does. Also, think about it, with our own jobs, look how much thought goes into it. Its easy for someone to look from outside and question how much thought goes into it. The ego stuff, fairs 😂

[utdreport @utdreport]

The referee didn’t give this as a penalty for Manchester United… Bournemouth scored immediately after it…

[Mo Stewart @The_Mighty_Mojo]

Thierry wanting to show people the true Micah beyond the laughs is pure big brother energy, but the ability for him to take this tangent and for everyone to go with it so naturally speaks so well of all of them, and the producers of this show.

The gold standard.

[💎 @TJayyyy_1]

I genuinely can’t believe Clattenburg said all that. I was fully in disbelief

[Tyrone Marshall @TyMarshall_MEN]

Not sure Mark Clattenburg blaming Vinicius for celebrating his goal and saying he’s made the referee’s life difficult is a good look here. What on earth is he going on about? Extraordinary thing to say, twice, on TV

[James Benge @jamesbenge]

Mark Clattenburg doing his former profession no favours. Vinicius Junior celebrated, as is his right. Nothing Vini could possibly do would merit what he alleges happened to him. If he doesn't want to play then the game needs to stop.

[Shoob @ShoobBalls]

Mark Clattenburg essentially blaming Vini for being (allegedly) racially abused cos he celebrated is a joke lol

[Sam 🫡 @Sorare_SamOl]

Mark Clattenburg saying Vini hasn’t helped himself in defence of the fans who racially abused him is disgusting. Hate Vini but he should be allowed to celebrate however he wants within reason without any abuse

[SULE @Sambest0706447]

They wanted a change, but couldn’t bear with the process, so they went for a quick fix only to go through the same trauma next season.

It was easy for Ruben Amorim to switch to quick fix to save his job, but he isn’t a coward.

He knew it wouldn’t be easy, so he told us regularly about the suffering that was needed for the change.

Michael Carrick took the quick fix because he isn’t planning on staying beyond the season.

We were growing under Amorim but some fans couldn’t handle the suffering.

I wouldn’t blame them

@sadt0m_ They felt like their work was destroyed with that bum Ugarte

Never forget when this reporter made Bruno Fernandes want to cry by praising and telling him how much United fans love and appreciate him. ❤️🇵🇹
