📝 The proofs for my chapter on "The Poison Pill in Commonwealth Caribbean Constitutions," coming soon in a book titled "Constitutional Actors in the UK Constitution" edited by @Chris_JMonaghan.

In the paper, I draw from my experience as a member of the 15-person Constitutional Reform Committee of Jamaica to show the negative effects of the decolonial poison pill on efforts to modernize the system of government in Jamaica.
