I think Niantic is well aware of all the issues and it's very unfortunate the game has got to this point.

Seems like a bug with AS or buddy candy. Only fractions of what is supposed to be earned are being awarded. (Between 10-50%.)

Been tracking it for a week. 93km with an excited 1km buddy & only 20 candy!?
