@virginmedia I've been bearing with the VM support team now for over 4 days, and that's just to get a call back, let alone anything that might need to be done to resolve the issue!
@virginmedia I've been waiting more than 48 hours for a callback from one of your "virtual engineers" to resolve an issue with our Hub 3 rebooting every evening for ~30mins and losing connection. Any ideas?
@virginmedia The call never happend, got a message to say I was in a queue at 14:30, never heard anything. Got a message this morning (10am) connecting me with somebody who thought my problem was WiFi! Then got another message saying I was back in the queue again! This is absolutely woeful!!
