Never travel with @Qantas and @JAL_Official_jp from Tokyo to Sydney via Shanghai! Wouldn't check our bags through and forced us to clear Chinese immigration and obtain visas. Terrible service. Inbound flight early but 30 people almost missed the connection!

Only after I had to personally make an appeal to Chinese immigration did they start processing visas quickly enough to get us through. @qantas shouldn't sell the ticket if they can't provide a proper service!
