My biggest fear for the Dems. Way too many "top Democrats" think the party's failure has been more about candidates' identities, and not the fact that they've run uninspiring candidates for the last 3 presidential elections. Message & platform matter way more than gender or race!

Never made sense to me the efforts organizations will go to get you to pretend you as a human can operate w/out bias (rather than just acknowledging your biases openly) when it's clear the whole industry is built on them. Unpaid interns for example - most could never afford that!
