@canva can we get some help with the Display NOW Publishing app extension? It’s been broken since April 23 and we have hundreds of users with broken publishing workflows. Support is not responding.

I just logged in like 6 times to get to what’s app and that’s broken. Tap to approve should not require a login. You are approving the login. It’s also broken.
@Payoneer when are you going to fix your mobile app payment approval flow? It’s been broken for years. I shouldn’t have to login twice to approve payments. Non-existent customer service is not acceptable. I can’t even submit a survey to tell you how horrible the experience is.
@canva our publishing extension (Display NOW) has been down for about a month. We’ve been waiting for help. Can we escalate this so that our customers can send their designs to their screens?
