I was nervous to share this because I’m not a traditional songwriter.

After our family moved to Tennessee, I woke up one night with lyrics I couldn’t ignore. I couldnt stop writing untill the song was finished.

This song came from the fear of starting over, the beauty of a new beginning, and the moment a place finally starts to feel like home.

Hey y’all… I wrote a song about our family’s move to Tennessee.

I’m not a traditional songwriter, but one night the lyrics just came to me and wouldn’t let go. I started writing and couldn’t stop — I was up all night and into the next day until the story was finished.

The words came from real life. From packing up our world, taking a leap of faith, and trying to find home in a brand-new place.
