Hey @Chase. Your policy on credit cards is terrible. I have a negative balance that almost equals my pending charges. In the end it will almost be a zero balance, yet you show me as no available credit. Your math sucks and you are not obviously here to help your members. Tks

I would not recommend the Southwest Airline Credit Card from Chase Bank. They have really weird credit card math. When you have a credit balance that is almost the same as your pending charges net out to almost a zero balance, they still show you as having $0 available credit.

GOD gained another angel today and my dad got his camping buddy back today. Michael was a loving son, brother and uncle that will be very missed. We will always love you.
