@qatarairways Great to hear. Maybe you could speak with Lufthansa about their appalling customer service. Been trying to get compensation for denied boarding from Vancouver despite all confirmations from June 22. Sure this wouldn’t happen with Qatar. #lufthansa

@lufthansa I’m still waiting for Lufthansa to contact me!!! I have a valid Lufthansa reference number. Lufthansa ✅ validate account keeps informing me they will contact me on the email they have but still nothing. Terrible way to treat a 60+ year old couple. Worst customer service ever
