@AirFranceUS beyond disappointed at the staff at JFK airport. The team at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. Asked a question regarding SkyPriority and she walked away and laughed at my question. Worst experience. Never flying AirFrance again.
. @AskZipcar Its been a struggle to get a hold of customer service. I have called more that 5 times been over an hour, even held my place in line. Haven't received a call back. I left a very important package on the car and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. HELP!
