I will read this, but I did note that as time goes on more research and medical evidence will be forthcoming.I know that certain rugby playing doctors are furious with the Ryan Jones media splash approach and consider cases like his as normal brain degeneration

Ben, I published this blog on my substack in May. It focuses on the legal issues and is based on a longer dissertation written by Hywelis, who graduated from Swansea University law depth in July. There are serious legal obstacles that Rylands law will struggle with

@Richard99366022 @ChrisNowinski1 I think Rylands know that if the case gets to court its not a slam dunk. I believe Rylands are deliberately trying this case in the media to put pressure on WR to negotiate a settlement. Read Ben James' excellent article on Wales Online today.

@andygoosemoore Not corrupt just totally incompetent. Same ref who created the farce in Ireland v Italy match in 6 Nations with 3 yellows and 15 v 12 !! World Rugby should hang their head in shame for overprinting a ref not qualified at Test level.Sheer incompetence.
