NEWS: Tesla has the most loyal owners of any car brand in America.

New data from S&P Global Mobility puts Tesla's loyalty rate at 64.3%, the highest of any automaker.

Loyalty rate means how often owners buy the same brand again when they get a new car. So nearly two out of three Tesla owners stick with Tesla.

That beats every big name, including Toyota at 59.5%, Subaru at 59.1% and even Ferrari at 61.4%.

It is also a big jump for Tesla, up from 53.2% a year ago and well above the industry average of 52.3%.

After a rough patch for the brand, Tesla owners are coming back stronger than ever.
