Is it just my luck? Other people I know have been on holiday this year! BA haven't even told me why it's cancelled... Anyone know what is going off at Heathrow?

[Chris Pearson @ChrisPearson93]

@British_Airways I HATE YOU!

Imagine getting your holiday cancelled 6 days before you are due to go! British Airways have had my money since 2018 and just keep fobbing me off with holiday vouchers! Anyone know if I can claim compensation from travel insurance?

[Chris Pearson @ChrisPearson93]

I've had my wedding in Barbados cancelled 3 times in 2 years because of COVID, holiday in Spain last summer cancelled and now this summer!

Built this holiday up for months for my daughter and now I have to disappoint her again!

[Chris Pearson @ChrisPearson93]

@MickHarkin2 @virginmedia They said they couldn't find the call 👀

[Chris Pearson @ChrisPearson93]

@virginmedia why are you the most difficult company to get hold of and sort issues?! 3 days I have been trying to sort a contract issue and it still hasn't been resolved!

[Chris Pearson @ChrisPearson93]

@virginmedia I threw away my old provider's hub and TV box too so now I am left without internet access. Compete farse from start to finish.

[Chris Pearson @ChrisPearson93]

@virginmedia My contact with Virgin has been terminated without fees. Disappointing, as I have enjoyed the services for 2 weeks and now they are taken away from me because of someone else's mistake. You would have had a customer for years had you honoured your original promise!

[Chris Pearson @ChrisPearson93]

@virginmedia Not sending me out my sim as part of the package as well. Now I am left with 2 bills and no one so far can resolve. All I get is someone will sort and they never do. CS promise to call back and never do. Hiding from your mistakes!

[Chris Pearson @ChrisPearson93]

@virginmedia Where to even start! Your sales agent over the phone promising me to buy me out of my previous suppliers contract (even though online states this is not possible)
