@greateranglia it seems the new trains that were promised a few years back are actually 2nd hand rolling stock from another operator!!!
I know my@line is a branch line but for the money we pay I expect a little better.

@greateranglia why is it that the carriages have heating that won’t work in the winter but as soon as spring arrives they are on full blast! Sat in carriage number 62687 and it’s ridiculously warm. These new trains arriving in the spring are also delayed?

@greateranglia Why has the overhead line issue at Hertford caused Services to be cancelled from Broxbourne to LST? For the life of me I can’t work out why? Different line, no where near Hertford? Or is this just a convenient excuse?

@greateranglia This is the impact of your “train fault” on the Hertford easy line. dangerously overcrowded trains and front line staff having to deal with angry customers. Meanwhile management pick up bonuses for poor service!!! You should be ashamed
