Absolute chaos @heathrow. Terrible management of bus services between t5 and t3. Management not willing to communicate to the hundreds of passengers missing flights. Staff unfortunately taking the brunt of this. Thankfully we made it, many won’t. Thanks for waiting @AmericanAir
