The problem with working night and day, jumping through hoops and being very creative to make something look easy on the outside, is that people on the outside don’t realize it takes nights and days, jumping through hooping and being very creative.
Broadcast productions and creative content creation should be looked at like Athletic Training, Strength & Conditioning, Marketing, Facilities Operations and Compliance.
Not as a cost, but as an investment.
