@RogersHelps I am having a horrible time getting any kind of customer service. Anytime I call I’m on hold forever or if I try and chat I’m usually start at 99 and I don’t have that kind of time.. I was supposed to get a $200 credit and it never appeared and I’m pissed
@RogersHelps They are doing nothing. If I didn’t call today, apparently I would have been disconnected without warning, so pardon me if I don’t have ANY faith!
@RogersHelps The ONLY balance I have is the exact same amount of the credit. ROGERS has now started sending me reminders about the overdue amount. Called today and told to wait one more day. To wait on hole and talk to someone with terrible CS skills
@PizzaPizzaLtd help! We need help with an order that was charged to the wrong card! We called and was told there was Nothing that can be done to charge a different card?? Really? Nothing?
