@VirginAtlantic I have a very anxious and panicked son who was taken to a Gatwick airport after his Virgin Atlantic flight got cancelled late last night: I can’t reach anyone at Virgin Atlantic that can help. His Virgin Atlantic app says he flies from Heathrow today at 12:30.

@VirginAtlantic Respectfully, he is experiencing high anxiety right now. This is not okay. Just telling him where to go and what to expect would be a good start. The distress he is in is extreme! Do you understand that?
