@CentaurCommute I don't seem to have received an answer to my message from Monday morning but the air conditioning is still an issue this morning on the 786b. The temperature seems to say 25 degrees but feels more like 15 degrees. Is this issue going to be fixed soon?

@CentaurCommute Good morning. What is going on with the smell on the 786? The very pungent smell has been around for weeks. This is very uncomfortable. If the coach is not suitable please use another one. It feels the quality of the service is degrading with smelly and often dirty coaches.

@CentaurCommute How is the 786c arriving in canary wharf at the same time as the 786b? Was the driver of the 786b inexperienced and just followed the traffic and wasted over 30 mns?

@CentaurCommute Looks like the heating is still not working on the 786b tonight. Already reported last week.
This is dissapoting and not a very good customer experience. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@CentaurCommute Good evening the heating hasnt been working on the evening 786b for a while. Additionally, the driver is sometimes required to leave the window open to ensure the windscreen keps clear and doesn't get too foggy.
Could this please be looked into and addressed asap. Thanks

@CentaurCommute Thanks. They must be very busy since it seems they couldn't be fitted over a month!!!. Can you please ask your manager for a time frame? Is it going to take another month? . Additionally, free WiFi is still advertised on your marketing material, which is slightly misleading.
