@Morbidful If you don’t know, dispatchers are trained to take calls this way. They don’t all say that help is already OTW bc most ppl will usually hang up n not able to assist them to possibly help victims til emt arrives, or pass info to emt/LE to prep, secure scene etc before they arrive.
