@RoyalMail@RoyalMailHelp awaiting delivery of medication this morning that had to be signed for. Been home all morning and at 11am I get an alert to say the item has been delivered. No it hasn’t. Looked at the tracking app and this is proof of the delivery apparently. Really!!
Different audiences with different needs, but all recognised the importance of delivering an effective crisis comms response when a disaster or emergency strikes. 2/2 #crisiscomms#emergencypreparedness
What a busy month March has been. Over the last 28 days I’ve delivered nine crisis comms workshops, training over 150 people. Five from across policing, one for Cat 1 responders, one for an LRF, and two for different train operating companies. 1/2
@AvantiWestCoast I have been sent a e-voucher to rebook train tickets for Friday but can’t access my account as there are problems with logging in at your end. Your customer service team say they can’t help. Ridiculous 2/2
@AvantiWestCoast what on earth is the matter with your website. I’ve been trying to log onto my account all evening and keep getting error messages. 1/2
@RoyalMail Christmas is an important time for the elderly and isolated as they love to know they are in the thoughts of family and friends. Clearly the story featured in the @MailOnline is spot on 2/2
@RoyalMail can you please tell us what’s happening with the post in Sutton. My Mum and her neighbours haven’t had any post for over 10 days. Christmas cards that were sent to other family members by relatives have arrived but nothing for my Mum 1/2..
@AvantiWestCoast we are on the 13.01 from Preston to London Euston sitting in premium economy and there is no air conditioning and the temperature inside the carriage is unbearable. We pay that little bit extra to have a more comfortable journey but this is ridiculous.
@AvantiWestCoast I’ve gone through the train as has another passenger but we cannot find him. In fact all the staff appear to have gone to ground. I’ve even been through to first class but there aren’t even any staff in there. 1/2
@ukpmemorial is deeply saddened to hear of the death of Sgt. Graham Saville from @nottspolice. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues at this difficult time. Sgt Saville put himself in harms way to save a member of the public and sadly paid with his life. 1/2
Further to my posts yesterday over the cancellation of my Sky contract I had a call this morning from a really nice person in their Customer Services Department. They had seen my post, apologised and agreed to refund me in full.
@SkyHelpTeam thank you for all your help in resolving the problems I have experienced with Sky over the cancellation of my contract and for organising a full refund. It’s much appreciated and is great customer service.
@SkyHelpTeam Because I now need to give 31 days notice you are going to charge me an extra £53 to add insult to injury. A total of £220 has been paid to you for services that I haven’t used. So much for being a ‘loyal’ Sky customer for 21 years. Let this be a warning to others.
@SkyHelpTeam Apparently that’s not how it works !! I had to cancel my broadband and separately needed to contact you to cancel my Sky tv package because ‘that’s how the business is set up’. So I have paid £53 per month for a service that I have not used 2/3
