Great discussion on wrong sided blocks. No matter what we do they still occur albeit infrequently. I do want to give credit for the lock box needle idea which was presented in an excellent lecture by Dr Matt Wikner @RCoANews @ASRA_Society @HSSAnesthesia @WCMAnesthesia
