... trying to subscribe for a 30 day unlimited 50mps ODU router plan. I can't seem to recharge with the credit that's loaded on the line. No such options on the app. No USSD options either. Via web, the required OTP won't arrive. Is there a new way to subscribe?

@GloWorld Help. Several times, I've made requests to port from your network to another, but you've refused to disengage my line so I can be onboarded by some other service provider. I've tried with different networks, same outcome - Glo won't disengage @NgComCommission

@GloWorld@NgComCommission Morayo, I was at a service provider's office yesterday 17.10.25 to re-initiate the porting process. It didn't go through. The service provider's feedback was "...Glo says you need to wait for seven days"
What exactly is Glo's policy? Am I waiting 14 days? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?!

@cacnigeria1 Our organisation was assigned a CAC registration number that clashes with another organisation. It's creating problems with bank account opening. Emails to your office are not working. Latest response - "mailbox full". Pls see the attached screenshots & help rectify

@SaharaReporters Sad. Anyone planning a charity outreach now must anticipate the possibility of a rush & implement systems to safeguard the lives of those they mean to help. Proper planning and crowd control measures could prevent such tragedies. My thoughts are with the victims & their families
