... trying to subscribe for a 30 day unlimited 50mps ODU router plan. I can't seem to recharge with the credit that's loaded on the line. No such options on the app. No USSD options either. Via web, the required OTP won't arrive. Is there a new way to subscribe?

@GloWorld @NgComCommission Morayo, I was at a service provider's office yesterday 17.10.25 to re-initiate the porting process. It didn't go through. The service provider's feedback was "...Glo says you need to wait for seven days"
What exactly is Glo's policy? Am I waiting 14 days? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?!
