PAST 👉 PRESENT 👉 FUTURE Let’s talk about @thebeaksart THREAD✍️ I am in NFTs since early 2022 & in digital art since January 2023 when I discovered & felt in love with @jackbutcher ´s art Today I would to talk about The Beaks by @DKashtalyan PAST ⬇️ Tbh & I said this before the mint release, the distribution of WLS was bad for this kind of art project prioritizing hype & flippers over collectors. Those who will go beyond hype & price, giving the artist time especially when he had more than proven in the past even if it's IRL. Moreover, this was felt as much in the pointless tweets predicting pre-mint prices as and in the post reveal reactions to the dump or to claim that many NFTs looked alike, a point on which I disagree & even if I did, it wouldn't impact my collecting if the art itself is good (very good in this case), because I don't intend to buy the entire collection. (90% of people will have fewer than 10 NFTs from the collection anyway & even in its original condition, it was easy to find 10 truly different pieces but anyway, that’s the past & everyone can make mistakes. PRESENT ⬇️ I will be shorter on this one. It’s about 11 or 12 days since the launch. Dima (the artist) & his team are here with the community on X/Discord everyday working, listening & delivering when 95% of artists/founder disappear after 1 week. During these less than 2 weeks he : - Renamed all the traits to give them a more personal lore. - Delivered for free 8 new backgrounds that you can add to your beaks. - An onchain swapper for the community to test & choose or not these new backgrounds If you've been in the game long enough, you know it's remarkable and where it will lead longterm. Success ! FUTURE ⬇️ Here is a summary in a few words : - Dima will deliver new backgrounds, new traits… that you will be able to swap or not if u don’t want or want to wait for other ones.
