New Information on the Acton Attack Ad - It's dirtier than you thought.
It's seems at the same time the influencers got ahold of the video last night it was sent out by Dynata, a research and data vendor.
The video with no disclaimer "paid for" was distributed to voters via text, to a test market on how the video would be received publicly. These are client commissioned surveys.
Newsweek @NewsWire_US and The Hill @thehill have been unable to determine who funded the Acton attack Ad. IE: PAC, campaign, donor.
By leaking the ad under the guise of political research, it subverts Ohio Revised Code for campaign communications that require a disclosure for who paid for it.
It has not been determined how the video was leaked to influencers, who circulated it on X simultaneously.
This could be a big problem.
They’re panicking.
Every lobbyist in Cap Square has endorsed and donated to Vivek for Governor.
Now they’re trying to gaslight the base into believing he’s a disrupter with their paid propagandists.
They think we’re stupid.
Let's get into it .. ☕ Acton Mom Attack Ad
First of all anyone whose worked on campaigns (me), knows every piece of media must be labeled with "paid for by."
Under Ohio Revised Code Section 3517.20, state campaigns must conspicuously use the specific phrase "paid for by" followed by the name of the entity, explicitly banning generic terms like "paid political advertisement".
If an outside Political Action Committee (PAC) or individual buys an ad supporting a governor without the campaign's involvement, state laws usually mandate that the ad explicitly state "not authorized by any candidate" alongside who paid for it.
Furthermore....
Under Ohio Revised Code Section 3517.105 and Section 3517.20, a political advertisement that is not sponsored or authorized by a candidate's campaign (known as an independent expenditure) must explicitly tell the public that the ad is unauthorized and state exactly who paid for it.
The disclaimer must include a clear statement showing a total lack of coordination with the candidate. It must contain the Name and Address of the chairperson, treasurer, or secretary of the organization or PAC responsible for the ad.
In Ohio, if an individual is acting completely alone and paying with their own personal funds, they are entirely exempt from the political disclaimer rule.
So one or more things can/may be true:
This is a rogue actor who paid for by himself (low probability).
Vivek's camp funded it, didn't report it as a campaign expense or media, then floated it to an NPC who ran it on X.
A PAC, donor, or outside funding source paid for it, didn't reported, and floated it to an NPC.
Buckle up.
Please hold guys. I’m on the phone with the lawyers and it looks like Jeremy Boreing actually has no contractual right to blow confidentiality and lie about the reasons for my termination… and I actually have a right to respond with the truth and proof of that truth.
Please hold.
🎥 Vivek Ramaswamy just put a 12-year-old’s rapist’s wife on camera to attack her own daughter… because he’s losing.
One again proving: Vivek, Trump & MAGA are the biggest pieces of shit we’ve always known them to be.
Knock, Knock @JeremyDBoreing.
Regarding your rather incredulous and specific claim that my fans are either brainwashed or being deliberately misled for correctly gathering that you terminated me for saying “genocide is always wrong”— here is a screen grab from my termination documents.
Of course, you already knew I was fired for this (among other claims which, though I wish I were, I am not at liberty to share because my response must be proportionate to your defamatory violations)— but since you are a tried and true psychopath who feels nothing, you continue to harass, stalk, lie and gaslight those who tell the truth.
Not today, Satan.
