@kalospepgod I am not discrediting that Reta could have potentially been a factor though. I understand that a lower bf% correlates to higher test levels and lower rate of aromatization to estrogen.
@kalospepgod You’re comparing bloodwork 18 months apart… 50ng/dL difference across a long time span like that can be attributed to a multitude of factors and lifestyle habits. You could only really say it’s the reta if you had your bloodwork more frequently done including pre/post reta cycle
@fitcapdefi Whenever I get this urge I cook up a Greek yogurt bowl with whey protein, granola, and honey. Tastes like a desert while being lean asf and bringing you closer to your goals.
@Emmachuuks This is not true at all. The fat guys have a massive muscular foundation already, they just need to lose the fluff weight and they’re easily muscular. Just take a GLP or some shii. With skinny guys it takes years of training and eating at a surplus to get to the same point.
