Dear @Maxis . My FIL has a case no. open #C7856061 (since 22/3) & previous closed one as no follow up #C7670317 (since 22/2). Made repeated orders of roaming pass (9x) as SMS wasnt received. Frm 22/2 until today aftr 1x walk into TTDI, 2x calling into 123 still no other update!!
In a world where banking is usually online, the opening of bank accounts still arent. Thats fine, except for a 2hour wait for a counter to attend to you! Even when nobody was in front! #hsbc#hsbcmalaysia thats some horrible #customerexperience
