Campus remained active this week with activities for students in athletics and the arts. We caught these members of The Bruin Band Drumline in action at percussion camp. We look forward to seeing what they are preparing for the coming school year!

Last week 14 students spent their time in Marion, North Carolina, a town that was devastated by Hurricane Helene. We are proud of these young men and their hard work!
Early this morning, on this Feast Day of the Sacred Heart, the CHS Class of 1977 Mission Cross was put into place. After a year of fundraising by the class and design collaboration, the cross now stands tall in front of our school as a beautiful reminder of our faith.

Student Council attended a LASC (Louisiana Association of Student Councils) District III social event hosted By Brusly High School. CHS Student Council delegates collaborated and met with the district board and other student councils from the district.
The Investors Club recently held their first ever Bears in Business meeting. Representatives from the LSU EJ Ourso College of Business, including Mike Kirby '80. spoke to students from CHS and SJA about majors and careers in business.
