Jake Nelson wears the jacket as the @raisingcanes Master of the Game! Jake went 1-3 with a 1B, BB, RS, RBI, and a SB. He made a diving catch in RF with 2 outs and the bases loaded to keep it a 2-1 deficit in the 4th. Big time play! @Cherokee_HS #IF

A slightly delayed @raisingcanes Master of the Game goes to Brett Jackson. Brett earned the win on the mound going 6 and allowing 3 earned. He helped himself with the bat going 3-4 with 2 HR, 2 RS, and 3 RBI. Captain did it all in a must win game! @Cherokee_HS #IF

Chiefs get the 8-5 W at home vs. Moorestown. Siitonen 3.1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 5 K in relief for the win. Barbs 3-3 2 R, 2 RBI. Reichard and Smargiassi both with big 2 out, 2 RBI 1B. Important win for the boys at the end of a long week. @Cherokee_HS #IF

The @raisingcanes Dog of the Game goes to Max Reichard. Max had a massive 2 out, 2 RBI 1B when the Chiefs were facing a 3-0 hole in the bottom of the 2nd. He also had a SB and scored 2 runs. @Cherokee_HS #IF

The @raisingcanes Master of the Game goes to freshman Drew Gable. Drew went 2-4 with a GS in the 3rd and the game winning RBI 2B in the top of the 7th in a 5-4 victory. (Yes, he had all 5 RBI!) @Cherokee_HS #IF

And the @raisingcanes Dog of the Game goes to senior Brett Jackson. Brett walked 3 times and lead off the 7th with a walk that turned out to be the GW run. He entered with a man on 1st and no outs in the B7 and struck out all 3 batters he faced on 11 pitches. @Cherokee_HS #IF
