Greens restaurant in #Didsbury has been rocking crispy oyster mushroom pancakes for as long as I can remember going, which is a long time! It's SUCH a satisfying & delicious dish, enjoyed here as a shared starter with the tasty soba noodle salad.

So proud my homemade midnight #periperi#chips! Chips cut fresh, & roasted in sunflower oil, crushed salt, cracked black pepper, chilli flakes, organic vegetable stock cube, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast & a bit of sugar. Soooooooo good!
