@JagexSupport hi so I have a weirdly unique problem I’ve had the same runescape account since I was 11 and thought I’d get back into it with old school runescape on my phone but I’ve come to find it’s impossible to log into my account because of my use of “ , “ in my username

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I have tried and it says my credentials don’t exist when I sign in without the comma and when I do sign in with the comma it is hidden in the actual game world and only shows as a space between it with a capital S
