@O2 My phone has been with O2 Repair for a month, was due back today but hasn’t arrived. Repeated calls get 30-min waits for limited updates. Written complaint submitted but no response. What is going on?
@O2Help_SPV Please can you provide another way of contacting you. I was meant to receive my phone back yesterday and it's not shown up, I've been told its delayed but no-one knows why and the phone has just been put down on me when transferred to another team.
@PureGym Turned up for a 6.30am class at the Ormskirk gym today. Instructor didn't turn up, no staff on site to contact. Bad experience for a brand new branch looking to build members. Apparently it's happened before too.
Just remembered how at the start of the pandemic I was like 'ohh no shopping for me please, couldn't possibly, I only have humble needs' and now my bedroom is literally a ParcelForce depot, just a constant conveyor belt of boxes coming and going.
Last month there were more deaths due to suicide than CV19. January is already a hard month for so many, why are we considering making it even harder for the sake of 4 days of Christmas! What about those who are alone at Christmas too? @BorisJohnson#Thinkaboutthebiggerpicture
Rushing into action which will cause enormous collateral damage without irrefutable supporting evidence is unwise.
None of us fully understand the forces at play, certainly not politicians.
In the face of so much uncertainty, we need thoughtful and balanced action.
Covid is just one of many serious threats to public health. Cancer, heart disease, poverty, unemployment, homelessness, mental illness, pollution, abuse etc etc. If you relentlessly publish the data on one risk whilst overlooking the others, more people die from forgotten risks.
My heart goes out to the cancer patients affected by this mess.
The diagnosis, the waiting, the treatment - it's so difficult whenever, especially now.
Seeing more and more difficult stories emerging. It's no longer hypothetical, people are suffering today.
