@MomStacy88854 Christ yeah that’s pretty extreme, and all for what? To look a certain way. Doesn’t seem worth it. It also gives people such a sunken face
@MomStacy88854 Isn’t there credible evidence to suggest Ozempic is bad for you too? Iirc I was speaking to my osteopath about this and she said that there’s potential for it to cause joint degradation due to its indiscriminate fat removal
@MomStacy88854 Yeah definitely, I also think seeing someone who’s underweight causes a more visceral reaction than someone who’s a little overweight in most people because underweight people genuinely have me fearing they’re gonna die
@MomStacy88854 Yeah like I’ve always been pretty fit but I figure if you’re trying to lose weight the best way is just to eat whole foods and do plenty of exercise, I think any attempt to lose weight the “easy way” is just gonna end with you hurting yourself
@MomStacy88854 Really interesting that the lower end even of the “healthy” range is worse than the lower end of overweight. I guess it makes sense in the fact that early humans would need to gain weight before winter incase food was sparse and women would need it for childbirth etc
@MomStacy88854 Even still some studies have shown being slightly overweight can be healthier in the long term provided. You don’t gain it quickly and it’s not visceral fat
@MomStacy88854 I mean personally I’ve never done keto, but those I know who have have reported feeling weak and as soon as they stop seem to put the weight back on. I could be wrong but that’s just my experience
