No one growing up told me about perimenopause. I always heard about menopause but never the changes you go through as a woman from mid 30's into your 40's.

Here are some things that has helped me.

1) NAD plus (life saver!) I take the injections 2 to 3 ml every other day (subcutaneously)
2) cool jet for your bed orrrr I got those cooling comforters that make the world of difference
3) low dose T (please get those levels checked before you get on it)
4) a combo injection that is called powershot ((MIC, B12, BComplex, Vitamin) once a week injection intramuscular 1ML
5) Sermorin (30 units 5x weekly subcutaneously)
6) vitamin D
7) Glutathione (1mg once a week) intramuscularly

Speak to your doctor before starting any of these. I'm doing this because these things have helped with my depression, mood, brain fog, not wanting to kill everyone (jk), and energy levels
