I am being marked on my credit history for a bill that I never received and belongs to a line I once added but later, requested to transfer once I left Virgin and payed my last bill. One year later the started calling again for

Never use @Virgin. I canceled my connection and requested to transfer the added line to other person. After one year of no communication, they just put a credit remark for a bill that I never even received and belongs to added line @VirginPlus. Worst people to have mobility

@CitImmCanada unfortunately, I received a reservation number along with amount debited from my credit card but I never received the confirmation or booking ID from hotel. Also, I won't be travelling with same person anymore. So how do I seek refund in this situation.
