The adjustment to my original 24 Tax code was to "predict" what my 24 BIK would be?

A tax code for April YE 2024 was 1157X with the adjustment representing £1000 BIK for medical insurance.

What happens if the BIK turned out to be be only £500? Does the 24 SA then calc updated tax due based on the new £500 BIK inputted into the SA?
