@footbolmatter10 Valverde especially my guy, he hides from the ball all the time.😅

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

@leonardnoch I enjoyed him today, very composed and calm, wasn’t rushing things as he normally does.

The little boy from Rosario who dared to dream.✨

Thank you for everything, Leo. 🐐❤️

Xavi Hernández.

He didn’t just pass. He set the tone, controlled the rhythm and made games flow in Barcelona’s direction. For me, football’s greatest tempo controller.

His vision and final-third passing made him a creator too.

Xavi didn’t chase the rhythm.
He decided it. 🧠🎩

Starting a new series on player styles.

I’ll go back and forth between legends and this new generation, looking at how they played, impacted their teams, and fit into different systems.

Tell me what you think.👍🏾

8 games. 8 wins. 35 goals.⚽️⚡️

We have started this season flying, but there’s still plenty to talk about, the attack, Raphinha’s madness, Lamine, Pedri, the new signings, the defence and the injuries.

So, just how good are we really? and..
What are your concerns?

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

@footbolmatter10 @Rock_steady03 @footbolmatter10 Boss, Rodri is a better passer than Pedri? He only has better passing range. You know more than this na.

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

@FabrizioRomano Baller!❤️⚡️

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

@Dat_boy_nino Facts. I made a post about this brr.

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

@footbolmatter10 You’re doing well my brr! 💙

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

@PreciyIsi Brr. You sabi your stuff gan o. I respect you!🙌🏾

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

Our attack may not look scary on paper:

Yamal. Raphinha. Adeyemi. Gordon.

But the pace, pressing, movement & versatility? TERRIFYING.

This whole window feels Hansi Flick-coded. Gordon, Adeyemi, Rodri… perfect profiles for his football.

7 goals in 2 games. We’re cooking!🔥

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

I’m baffled by the concerns over Lamine after the Elche game. He’s 19, just came off a World Cup and barely had a proper rest/preseason.

Give the kid time. He doesn’t have to be world-class every game. Let him recover, find his rhythm and come back stronger.

RB, LB, DM, it doesn’t matter. Xavi Espart is a special footballer.

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

Scenes I love.🍿❤️

Football is back. The season is here. Something tells me we’re going to have plenty of moments like this to reminisce about.⚽️

We’re in for a good one.⚡️

If Flick ever decided to experiment with a false-9, how would anyone even get the ball off this? 😭

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

I’ve seen the debate about Pedri + Rodri and I get the concerns.
Pedri can’t just be the tempo controller anymore, Rodri handles that. He needs to attack and create more, produce more G/A.
Rodri gives Pedri the freedom to be more decisive and that’s all fans want to see.

@PreciyIsi Do a video about this comparison, make people understand well abeg. They'll never understand fully sha cause they never watched him.

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

@footbolmatter10 In the last 50 years brr?

[Churchill @Churchillaaaa]

Yesterday’s El Clásico showed me again how much of Barça’s brain Pedri is.
The score could’ve been uglier for Madrid, but for some reason he decided to take it easy on them.
Slowed the game, controlled the tempo and calmed everyone.

Ridiculous player.🪄
