If you can't avoid being programmed (and you can't unless you leave society), then program yourself. Build your own algorithms that feeds you the information you want, rather than letting others feed you biased content to serve their agenda.

@ianmiles The ATV drive clearly was not in control. The officer stopped quite a ways in front of the atv. The atv couldn't slow down enough to avoid tipping over and throwing the driver into the cruiser's windshield.

The pedestrians were in eminent danger.

Hint 2 has 1 in the middle position and told us that the correct digit wasn't in the right spot, so it has to be 4!
