The rule: if your stock will run out before the delivery arrives, order now.
Bookmark this for your next restock. Do you check supplier delivery time before you reorder? 👇

Knowing how fast something sells is only half the picture. Knowing how fast you can replace it is the other half.
The check: stock ÷ weekly sales = weeks of stock left. Then compare it with the delivery time.

Answer: Product B.
Both have 2 weeks of stock. But A is replaced in 3 days, while B takes 3 weeks.
B runs out a full week before the delivery arrives, even if you order today.
