L’urgence est aujourd’hui que cesse la guerre à Gaza et que la population civile soit secourue.

La paix est possible.

Il faut immédiatement un cessez-le-feu, la libération de tous les otages et une aide humanitaire massive à la population de Gaza. Il faut aussi garantir la démilitarisation du Hamas, sécuriser et reconstruire Gaza. Il faut enfin bâtir l’État de Palestine, assurer sa viabilité et permettre qu’en acceptant sa démilitarisation et en reconnaissant pleinement Israël, il participe à la sécurité de tous au Proche-Orient.

Il n’y a pas d’alternative.

Les Français veulent la paix au Proche-Orient. Il nous appartient, à nous Français, avec les Israéliens, les Palestiniens, nos partenaires européens et internationaux, de démontrer que c’est possible.

À la lumi��re des engagements que le président de l’Autorité palestinienne a pris auprès de moi, je lui ai donc écrit ma détermination à avancer.

Confiance, clarté et engagement.

Nous gagnerons la paix.

I was pleased to meet the #EU Council’s Mashreq/Maghreb Working Party delegation during their official visit to #Lebanon. I presented our efforts to strengthen Lebanon’s social safety net and build an inclusive, rights-based protection system. We discussed the EU’s continued support, especially in addressing the needs of vulnerable Lebanese and displaced #Syrians.

I also shared the Ministry’s priorities, improving service quality, expanding access, and coordinating more effectively with partners. The meeting reaffirmed our shared commitment to social justice and dignity, and highlighted the importance of deepening EU-Lebanon cooperation to address both immediate needs and longer-term development challenges.

I met with Taoiseach @MichealMartinTD of Ireland. Ukraine deeply appreciates the support and assistance of the Irish people and government, as well as everything they have provided to help strengthen our defense against Russian terror.

We discussed steps toward ending the war with a guaranteed peace for Ukraine and all of Europe, the importance of unity between Ukraine, Europe, the United States, and all those committed to global stability on this path. We also talked about security guarantees and cooperation on Ukraine’s path to the EU. We are grateful to Ireland for standing with us in all of these areas.

We also addressed Ireland’s participation in the Demining Coalition and EU training missions, as well as non-lethal security assistance that will help save lives. Additionally, we discussed our humanitarian initiative, Food from Ukraine, and how Ireland can contribute.
