@ellennelsonrowe I have Pavlovian conditioned myself to fall asleep to certain audiobooks within 20mins 😂

Exercise after the last shift (swimming is ideal) and don’t sleep too much to flip back again.

I also avoid coffee / caffeine on nights - pocket satsumas are a better pick me up I find!
