@British_Airways Hi, another 3 weeks have passed and still no contact. This was a trip I took back on 2nd June and returning 4th, complaint raised on 6th. It's now 10 weeks and nothing from BA, it doesn't matter how busy your Customer Service Dept is that is far too long to wait.
