Another 'shdw-mount' POC (proof of concept) Demo

this demo mounts the Shadow Drive bucket using fuse to the local file system.
in the demo I show that it can:
- make folders
- nano test.txt (create a txt file and edit it)
- make sub folders
- copy star.web to bucket
- copy 10mb to bucket folder1
- copy 100mb file to bucket folder2
- show the bucket's files "ls -lah"
- delete files
- delete folders
- deleting everything 🗑️

Meaning, operators need to upgrade to v1.0.7 as soon as possible in order for the network to continue recognizing their node as a member of the network.
