The Deaf Global Forum was held at the Zero Project 2023 in Vienna, Austria in February which is deaf-centric and hosted in sign languages and captioning only, highlighting innovative solutions that remove barriers for those Deaf/HOH hosted in cooperation with St. Cloud State Uni.
