Is it better to join the queue on the app/phone or laptop?? @ErasTourResell @erastourticks @inmygreatwarera

[Ciera Simmons @Ciera_johnson]

instead of a “random” lottery @Ticketmaster should connect with Spotify and see who actually listens to @taylorswift13 music. I’m constantly in the top percentage of listeners of her music yet I’ve been waitlisted for every US show I’ve tried to get tickets for😭@taylornation13

[Ciera Simmons @Ciera_johnson]

I’ve talked to 20+ fans who signed up for @taylorswift13 presale and only TWO have gotten codes, the rest of us were all waitlisted😭

[Ciera Simmons @Ciera_johnson]

@ErasTourResell Meeee please! Check your email!!

[Ciera Simmons @Ciera_johnson]

@getawaycarvic @erastourticketz @ErasTourResell @erastourticks someone help me get tickets please! I emailed a few of you with more details and a proposition!❤️✨

[Ciera Simmons @Ciera_johnson]

I was in the top 0.5% of listeners of @taylorswift13 on Spotify last year and I didn’t get a verified fan presale code😭 @Ticketmaster I’ve had a hard year- please feel sorry for me and let me buy tickets to see my girl!! ❤️

[Ciera Simmons @Ciera_johnson]

@erastourticketz I just sent you an email, I hope you get a chance to read it!❤️ 🤞🏻
