I just beat the speed training on my ancient Nordictrack and almost broke into tears. I've been trying for weeks and I've had to pause it every time until this morning.I was a fat dragon at 205lbs. If I can do it,u can do it and if you need someone to believe in you,I will!

@XanderTheWulf It sounds good on paper, but it would harm everyone. I'm so nervous about them, and I have unresolvable chilhood based trauma that's triggered by their diaper pics and baby commissions. I had a full blown panic attack when Jerry Springer did an episode on adult babies..
