@jimknight99 That you get out what you put in. It's about you doing the work and thinking. It won't be neat or perfect. You will struggle and try things and refine them; you might not notice how you have changed, but when you reflect back, you will see how you have moved and grown.

@trev_mackenzie made it worthwhile staying up late at the @toddle_edu#pyp#assessment meet up. Co-Constructing is a mindset that I hope we see more of as we move to ALL becoming assessment capable.
And that's pretty much a wrap on another great year of working with @cemseKAUST to produce—hopefully— interesting #content covering the progressive #research emanating from the Division & @KAUST_News#scicomm#science
Language is everything, I used to say, ‘turn & talk’ now I’ll say, ‘turn & learn’. Thanks for sharing @naik_tanay! Will use this protocol @ISLuxembourg on Monday!

Looking forward to reading this in more detail, but I am not surprised. Interesting how libraries and librarians are often among the first things to be cut due to budget.

One of my favourite days of year- watching students interact with their parents during #studentledconferences. The children appreciated their parents taking time out to listen and it was a good opportunity for us to stop and reflect during exhibition #SLC#PYP#education
"You've changed the landscape of #learning." Just one of the inspiring thoughts shared at the end of our workshop (4/4) w/ Young Creative Minds. It's heartening to have #schools embrace a mindset of doing things differently and letting students lead the learning #collaboration
"With a goal of creating sustainable change in the field, @CillaGeo hopes to encourage new ways of #teaching and life-long #learning." Very proud to see my wife featured as a @usqedu alumnus 👩🏫👩🎓👉: https://t.co/rY9KLmOtRq

Reflecting on the experience of our interview with professional writer @Couloulthakid, one student observed, “It is fun when you don’t know something and your prediction was wrong but you still get the answer.”
It was strange to have the shoe on the other foot this morning. Being interviewed by @CillaGeo's class was a daunting experience...daunting, but fun. It was also nice to get a brief insight into a working #classroom (glad I went with #journalism over #teaching 😄) #education
