@FedExHelp still no package & no update. I’ve called almost daily. Yesterday 44 min later was told the facility has my package but no update on when they’ll deliver it, then “I’ll tell them they HAVE to deliver today. Please take the survey at the end, thank you” click.

@FedExHelp “You don’t have to worry”…FedEx just opened a support case for my package to find out why it’s been out for delivery since Sunday though (awesome resources you have there). But not worrying yet 😂 This is so frustrating 😡
@FedExHelp has now given me 3 different reasons why my package wasn’t delivered and settled on it was scanned incorrectly as attempted delivery instead of out for delivery. Still no package, no new response, no new update since the driver couldn’t find it 🤦♀️
@FedExHelp driver didn’t even stop but marked it as a delivery attempt. Customer service says they tried, left a note (no note here), will try again Tuesday & nothing more they can do. Literally by the door waiting for this package.

@FedExHelp You clearly haven’t read the message string. I already get notifications. You guys first claimed a delivery attempt on Saturday falsely. Then yesterday marked it out for delivery & the driver said he couldn’t find it. It now shows out for delivery since yesterday morning
