@scottfirsing Fully agree with you. It was an extremely poor diplomatic choicebby Lamola and team. Nothing to do with his religion..but more his past utterances. I was not surprised when he could not get audience with the US government. It is good for SA, now get someone who is neutral.

For your information, South Africa operates under the rule of law, supported by an independent judiciary. There are numerous examples where laws passed by the majority in Parliament have been struck down by the courts. If the proposed land expropriation without compensation is indeed flawed, rest assured, the courts will intervene. This alarmist narrative is unhelpful and interferes with our national processes. The majority of both black and white South Africans do not support this law. Spreading panic is damaging our economy over an issue that has yet to be tested in courts

@elonmusk @CyrilRamaphosa Familiarize yourself with South Africa's legal process. Demanding presidential action on person 's speech is absurd. We disagree with Malema, and hence legal action was taken on this . In South Africa a president can just banish people... Elon, you can do better.
